We offer flexible catering options to suit your needs. You’re welcome to work with our preferred caterers, who are familiar with our venue, or bring in your own licensed catering service with prior approval.
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak holiday events. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings if the date is available.
Our venue fee includes access to indoor and outdoor spaces, tables and chairs, setup and cleanup assistance, and a dedicated event coordinator. Additional services such as decor rentals, audio equipment, and catering can be arranged upon request.
Our venue can comfortably host up to 150 guests for outdoor events and around 100 guests indoors. We can accommodate smaller gatherings as well, so please reach out with your specific needs!
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring in decorations that reflect your event’s style. Our team will guide you on decor policies to ensure the space remains safe and accessible for all guests.
Yes, we offer basic AV equipment including a projector, screen, and sound system, perfect for presentations and speeches. Let us know your AV needs, and we can make arrangements to ensure everything runs smoothly.
To book your event at Truck 59 Ciderhouse, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer. Please contact us to discuss your event details, and we’ll guide you through the booking process.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a partial refund (less the deposit). Cancellations within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. For more information, please refer to your contract.
While event insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend it for your peace of mind. Insurance can cover a range of scenarios, including damages or cancellations. Please check with your insurance provider to determine the best coverage for your event. If you need assistance, we can provide recommendations.
Yes, we are committed to ensuring that all guests have a comfortable experience. Our venue includes accessible parking, restrooms, and paths to the ceremony and reception areas. Please let us know in advance if you require any additional accommodations for guests with mobility challenges.
We do have noise restrictions in place to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Events are generally required to conclude by 11:00 PM, and amplified music should be kept at a reasonable volume. For any special requests or later events, please reach out in advance to discuss options.
While we provide a range of catering options, you are welcome to bring in your own licensed caterer. If you choose to bring in outside alcohol, it must be managed by a licensed bartender. We also offer a selection of beverages including cider, wine, and beer that can be added to your package.
